Southbury’s town pool at Ballantine Park has opened just in time for summer, with a ribbon-cutting and a splash — literally.
First Selectman Jeff Manville marked the occasion by jumping into the pool himself, celebrating the project’s completion. He praised the Department of Public Works and the construction team for their hard work in bringing the long-awaited upgrade to life. Families flocked to the park for opening weekend, kicking off the season in style.
