Schools in Regional School District 15 will operate on an early dismissal schedule Tuesday, March 3, 2026, according to a notice posted on the district’s website.
The message reads, “Due to projected afternoon weather conditions, all Region 15 Schools will operate on an Emergency Early Dismissal Schedule on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.”
All after school/evening school-sponsored events are canceled.
Dismissal times are as followed:
- Pomperaug High School: 7:20 AM – 10:30 AM (Lunch Served)
- Middle Schools: 8:05 AM – 11:05 AM (Lunch Served)
- Elementary Schools: 9:00 AM – 12:05 PM (Lunch Served)
- Preschool / Friends Together Program: All students (AM & Full Day) dismissed at 10:30 AM
- BAS: Afternoon session is canceled
The district also notes that Wednesday, March 4, 2026, is a planned early dismissal for all schools for professional development.
