Southbury Parks and Recreation will hold its fourth annual “Art in the Park” event on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
This free event will take place at a new location this year: Settlers Park, 280 Crook Horn Road, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The celebration of arts, culture, and community is co-organized with the Southbury Arts & Culture Alliance (SACA) and the Middlebury & Southbury Equity & Inclusion Council (MSEIC).
Attendees can dive into arts and crafts, contribute to the Town Poetry Project, join the family dance party, and participate in free raffle drawings. This event is ideal for art lovers, poetry enthusiasts, and families alike.
The first 100 attendees will get a free fried dough from Vinci’s Concessions. Choose your toppings and decorate your snack artfully. The food truck will only be serving fried dough and quantities are limited. There will be no day-of food sales available.
